Encanta Event Management and the Organising Committee are closely monitoring COVID-19, and our congress planning is being shaped by the latest advice from Australian health and foreign affairs authorities.
The safety of delegates onsite is extremely important. We are working closely with the Adelaide Convention Centre and monitoring government safety guidelines to ensure that we are able to provide a safe onsite congress experience.

Getting to the Adelaide Convention Centre is easy via a variety of modes of transport such as but not limited to walking, bus, train, tram, car, taxi and uber.
Adelaide has an efficient tram network which is free to travel on within the City Centre. The closest tram stop to the Adelaide Convention Centre is located a two minute walk away, in front of the Adelaide Railway Station.
There are three main taxi companies which operate in the metro area. A taxi can be booked for pick up or drop off at the North Terrace or Morphett Street Bridge (West Building) entrances.
When leaving the Adelaide Convention Centre, there is a taxi rank located on North Terrace.
Uber is operational within Adelaide and is another convenient mode of transport to consider.

The Adelaide Convention Centre is a fully cashless venue.
As a guide, temperatures in Adelaide in October range from 12°C to 21°C.

Delegates carrying commercial goods or samples may need to obtain permits for their goods depending on the nature of the goods, regardless of value. Quarantine and wildlife regulations and other restrictions may also apply to certain goods. The Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC) have First Aid rooms located:
- At the main reception in the East Building
- Next to the central entrance
- In Foyer L of the Western Building
All First Aid rooms are available 24/7 with qualified first aid staff readily available.
If you require first aid, contact any ACC staff member or staff member at the registration desk who will find the most appropriate person to assist.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to attending the event.
The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the congress, or through cancellation of the congress itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Neither the Event Managers nor the Organising Committee will take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure. Please speak to your travel agent or airline regarding this matter.
In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Host, Organising Committee and Encanta Event Management accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay or cancellation.
In registering for this event relevant details may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, Encanta Event Management and other parties directly related to the event. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to delegates throughout the entire venue. Please see staff at the registration desk for further information.
The organisers recognise that some delegates may have special dietary needs. Please advise the organisers either via your registration or in writing to email@example.com should you wish for them to make alternative arrangements on your behalf.
Please Note: Dietary requirements received less than 72 hours prior to the event cannot be guaranteed. Kosher meals may be available, however please note this will be at an additional cost.
The ACC is a non-smoking venue, including the use of e-cigarettes and their products. There are designate smoking areas outside the venue.
The ACC offers two undercover car parking options:
- North Terrace car park
- Riverbank car park (accessible via Morphett Street/Festival Drive)
Both car parks are located directly underneath the ACC and operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each is fitted with video surveillance camera systems and security patrols both areas.
Both Car parks have a height clearance of 2.0 metres and payment stations are card only (major credit cards, debit cards and mobile pay).
